This special program is designed to bring families together through the joy of reading! Each family will receive a copy of the same book to read at home, creating shared experiences, meaningful conversations, and a love for stories that extends beyond the classroom.
To support families along the way, we’ll also be sharing links to recorded chapter readings by our staff—so students can listen and follow along anytime!
Throughout the program, we’ll be celebrating our reading journey together with fun activities, discussion questions, and opportunities for students to connect what they’re reading at home with what they’re learning at school.
We can’t wait to partner with our families as we turn the page on this exciting adventure—together!
Join us next weekend for a fun-filled breakfast party hosted by Blue Lakes Rotary. Bring the kids, meet up with friends, and enjoy a delicious morning together while supporting our school.
Tickets are available in the front office, from your child’s teacher, or by messaging us directly.
Come hungry and help us take the final steps toward completing our walking path. We can’t wait to see our school families there.

We’re excited to recognize Sandie Beams as our Classified Employee of the Month! Sandie is our kind, dependable, and always-helpful Secretary at Pillar Falls Elementary, and truly keeps our school running smoothly.
Originally a licensed cosmetologist, Sandie found a career path that “picked her” within our school community. She loves crafting and says her favorite day of the year is always the first day of school 📚✨

Calee finds inspiration in the people in her life who lead with their hearts, like her sisters, parents, grandparents, and mentors, and she brings that same passion into her classroom each day. She chose teaching to make a difference and share her love of music with students. Outside of school, she enjoys sewing, reading, and even once had the unforgettable opportunity to sing in the Notre-Dame Cathedral 🎤⛪
