All You Need it Hope – Community Mental Health Night

Dear TFSD families,

We would like to invite you to an important community event. April 17, 2023, at 7 p.m. at the Canyon Ridge High School Auditorium. All community members are invited to a mental health event featuring international award-winning speakers Jared Scott and Ryan Stream.

Jared is a mental health advocate who focuses on human behavior and assisting others in successfully managing their minds and emotions. Jared started his career at the young age of 15 and now has over a decade of experience. His narrative of facing failure and overcoming obstacles intelligently will resonate with the audience and inspire them to seize every opportunity in life! Jared will discuss the effects of drugs and alcohol on the brain, managing our mind and emotions, overcoming fear and anxiety, getting connected and building a positive community, leadership skills, social media, and telling your truth.

Ryan Stream, is a multi-talented motivational speaker, musician, and two-time war Veteran. His story and music are remarkable and will leave the audience laughing, crying, and wanting more. He slept in a homeless shelter and different foster homes, and watched his family ripped apart in the foster care system. Sadly, Ryan's mother passed away from suicide, and during his youth, he lost direction and walked the path of drug addictions, and jail sentences. Ryan is proof you can change your life, and write your own story.

This event is free and open to the public. Jared and Ryan will also be presenting to area schools on April 17 and 18.
